Establishment of the Sustainability Advisory Committee

We announce that we have established the Sustainability Advisory Committee as an advisory body of the Board of Directors.

The role of the Committee is to deliberate on the basic strategy, progress, etc. of sustainability toward solving environmental and social issues, and to report the results to the Board of Directors. The Committee is comprised of eight members, three of whom are Independent Outside Directors and one of whom is a Full-Time Auditor.

We will further work to enhance the supervising function of the Board of Directors regarding the promotion of sustainability.
